Aaron P. Weems (04/09/1988 - 10/08/2014)
Aaron P. Weems was a very talented young man; he became a Stealth Family member on May 13th, 2012. Aaron's charisma left marks on all Stealth team members he had contact with. Stealth gave him the opportunity to work, and I'm very glad we gave him that chance.
Aaron was a respectful, quiet, and fast learner with a vivid imagination. From the very first project until the last, he showed great ability and creativity. In less than a couple of months, he learned the do's and don'ts of the marketing industry. From time to time he would come to me with a problem he was facing. I pointed him in the right direction and he never came back with the same question again.
There are many words I can use to describe Aaron. He was easy going, funny, and soft spoken; however, from time to time he would come out with a slap of truth. His comments were always based on strong foundations and filled with love.
He was humble, and always willing to help others. He recognized immediately when something was wrong. When Aaron made a mistake, he would admit it and take corrective actions without complaints.
Aaron was detail oriented, and you were able to see that in all of his projects. He put a lot of heart into everything he did and was always open to hear suggestions on how to improve.
A self-starter, Aaron begged me to let him work on some specific projects. I wouldn't trust anyone but him and his talented mind to complete them. I once told Aaron, "You should do each project as best you can. This is your portfolio; this is the value of your talent in the marketplace", and boy, he took that seriously, giving 100% in everything he did.
Aaron died Wednesday 8th, 2014 in a tragic car accident at 5:45 pm, when a teenager driver invaded his lane and Aaron tried to avoid impact, losing control of his car.
The day he left us in that tragic accident, I received a call that broke my heart, not only because I lost a great team member, and an exceptional co-worker, but the chance to share a day at worked with him as well. Aaron was for me a friend, and I treated him as my own son. We shared victories and challenges. I gave as much of my knowledge to him as I could, and I learned a lot from him as well, professionally and ethically. I have never had a friend that affected me as positively as he did.
Hope to see you soon my friend,
